Safety Standards Against CSAE

Amantya Foundation is deeply committed to the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable individuals. We strictly adhere to international and national standards to combat and prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Proactive Monitoring

Our applications are designed to prevent the creation, sharing, or discovery of any illegal or harmful content. We use strict content filtering and reporting mechanisms to ensure a safe environment for all users.

2. Reporting & Enforcement

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior via in-app support or by emailing us directly at contact@amantyafoundation.org. Reported content is immediately reviewed and appropriate action is taken, including removal and reporting to relevant authorities if needed.

3. Legal Compliance

We comply with the Indian IT Act, 2000 and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012. Our backend systems are monitored for compliance and audit trails are maintained.

4. User Education

We promote awareness around online safety for children and regularly update our users about safety best practices through in-app banners, notifications, and resource sections.

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

Any content or user found violating our CSAE policy will be banned immediately and reported to law enforcement. We do not allow the platform to be used for any exploitative purpose.
